5 Minute Workout
If you are rushed for time and just can't seem to make it to the gym, here is a quick fix, my 5 Minute Workout. Everyone has 5 minutes in their day!
30 sec. in-place sprint
Push up x10
Squat or Sit & Stand x10
Row x10
Shoulder Squeeze x10
Bicep Curl x10
Triceps Push Down x10
Calf Raise x10
Note: For 4, 5, 6 & 7 use resistance band or tubing
