5 Minute Workout

If you are rushed for time and just can't seem to make it to the gym, here is a quick fix, my 5 Minute Workout. Everyone has 5 minutes in their day!

  1. 30 sec. in-place sprint

  2. Push up x10

  3. Squat or Sit & Stand x10

  4. Row x10

  5. Shoulder Squeeze x10

  6. Bicep Curl x10

  7. Triceps Push Down x10

  8. Calf Raise x10

Note: For 4, 5, 6 & 7 use resistance band or tubing
